Jay Scribner |
Jay Scribner is Associate Professor and Department Chair of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is also Director of the Harold S. Hook Center for Educational Leadership and District Renewal. Dr. Scribner’s research has focused on schools and districts and the influence these organizations have on professional learning. His recent research has focused on strategic human resource management in school districts, district and school influence on teacher learning and student achievement in middle schools, and alternative teacher certification and teacher quality in mathematics and science.
