Algebra Study

Posted on by admin

The purpose of this project is to explore some of the challenges facing data collection and analysis across multiple school districts and two states, as well as present the value of such research to school districts. An analysis of assessment scores on the algebra strand is being conducted to provide comparative information within Missouri and Kansas school districts for the purpose of placing descriptions of algebra instructional/curricular practices in a context. After assessment scores analysis is completed, we expect to summarize the challenges involved in doing this type of comparison.
